For those fortunate enough to avoid combat?  Do you remember the monotony of garrison life, the endless waiting, and the tasks? Yet, your buddy was there, sharing laughs and supporting you through each day.

Whether they're in a VA hospital dealing with the effects of war, a young veteran struggling to find work after service, or just someone looking to connect with a fellow veteran, there’s a place for you to make a difference.

The American Legion, established in 1918, is the largest veterans' organization in the U. S. with over 3 million members. We are veterans who care deeply about our country, our fellow service members, and our families.

By joining our Post, you can continue to serve our family, country, and community.  Our Legionnaires are active in events like parades and memorials; and provide a funeral honor guard for veterans upon family requests.

We also support local students through programs like Boy State and scholarships for education.  We support our community like our fire department, schools, and parks through charitable donations.
